CARE INSTRUCTIONS
DO NOT SOAK
Do not soak wooden products in water. Wipe with a damp cloth if needed.
WIPE DRY
Always wipe dry immediately after cleaning to prevent moisture damage.
APPLY OIL
Periodically apply coconut oil or food-safe mineral oil to maintain the finish.
HANDWASH ONLY
Hand wash only. Never place handcrafted wooden items in the dishwasher.
Products
All products are handcrafted and made from natural materials. Variations in wood grain, texture, color, and finish are natural characteristics and should not be considered defects.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices displayed at checkout are final and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. Banaya Decor reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, courier services, weather conditions, or public holidays. Banaya Decor is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
Returns & Replacements
Returns are accepted only for products received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue. Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Product Care
To maintain product quality: Do not soak wooden products in water. Hand wash only. Wipe dry immediately after cleaning. Periodically apply food-safe mineral oil or coconut oil to maintain finish and durability.

All product designs, photographs, logos, branding elements, and website content are the property of Banaya Decor and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Banaya Decor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Customer information collected during purchases is used solely for order processing, communication, and service improvement. We do not sell or share customer information with unauthorized third parties.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website, purchase of products, or interpretation of these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat. By using this website, you agree that all legal proceedings, claims, or disputes shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Surat, Gujarat.
